Tia's tip

You can cook two at a time. My mum does three but I find that too tricky!
What do we do?
-
Melt the butter in the frying or pancake pan
-
Measure out your dry ingredients into a bowl
-
Measure the milk in the measuring jug
-
Add the egg and melted butter to the milk and whisk to combine
-
Add the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and whisk well
To cook
-
Put a little butter or oil into the frying or pancake pan over a low/medium heat
-
Add a small ladle of the batter to form a round pancake
-
When you start to see bubbles popping on the pancake it is time to turn over
-
Cook on the other side
-
Repeat all of the steps above until all the batter is cooked
Eat and enjoy!
