Cyrus' tip

I used Prawn Cocktail crisps as they are my favourite. You can choose whatever crisps you like!
What do we do?
-
Butter the two slices of bread.
-
Place one slice of ham on one slice of bread.
-
Place five salad leaves on the ham.
-
Cut the cucumber into eight slices and place four slices on the salad leaves.
-
Place one slice of ham on top of the cucumber.
-
Squeeze a small drizzle of Salad cream (or mayonnaise).
-
Cut the tomato in half then thin slices. Lay four slices on the salad cream or mayonnaise.
-
Grate the cheese.
-
Sprinkle half of the cheese on top of the sauce.
-
Place another slice of ham on top
-
Place more salad leaves on top
-
Then add a layer of cucumber.
-
Add more cheese.
-
Add a final layer of crisps.
-
Put the second piece of bread on top.
-
Put one cocktail stick in each side. It will help to hold the sandwich together when you
-
cut it in half.
-
Put the sandwich on the plate with the rest of the crisps.

I hope you enjoy it!
