Tzatziki
This delicious Yoghurt and Cucumber dip is so easy to make and one of my children's favourites. My little boy loves it so much and has always called it "Tzat tzatziki!".
Tia's tip
I'm not keen on the garlic paste so I add a little at a time and taste each time!
Ingredients

-
6 tblsp Natural yoghurt
-
1 tblsp Mint leaves chopped up (or ½ tblsp dried mint)
-
½ Cucumber
-
½ tsp Garlic paste
-
pinch of Salt and pepper
What do we need?

-
Mixing bowl
-
Chopping board
-
Knife
-
Grater
-
Spoon
-
Cut the cucumber length ways and take the watery seedy bit in the middle out with a teaspoon
-
We need to cut the cucumber into very small cubes

-
Or

-
You can grate the cucumber
-
Once all of the cucumber is grated put it in some kitchen roll and squeeze the excess water out
Then

-
To cut the fresh mint put the leaves in a cup and use small scissors to chop it up finely
-
Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir it all up – You can add the salt, pepper and garlic paste slowly. Maybe have a taste halfway through to see if you want to add anymore.
